Upon our return from vacation, the laundry required attention; however, we discovered water on the floor of the laundry room. After inspecting the water connections to the washer, we found that the cold-water shutoff was leaking. In search of a trusty plumbing service, we turned to Google and found Royal Service Plumbing. After thoroughly reading their reviews, we decided to give them a call. A lively lady assisted us in making an appointment, and soon after, Dave Choka arrived at our residence. He diagnosed our plumbing problem and provided us with a detailed explanation of his work plan. However, we encountered another issue with the incoming water, which Dave quickly resolved. His professionalism and thoroughness undoubtedly left a positive impression on us, and as a result, we now enjoy new washer hookups and a new house pressure protection system. We appreciate Dave's exceptional work and expertise.
