Our process utilizes negative air pressure machines and rotating brushes that provide continuous suction in vents as the job is performed. Unlike the ROTOBRUSH, which uses a SHOP-VAC VACUUM-like hose for suction, our approach ensures an efficient and thorough job.

By entrusting us with your air duct cleaning needs, you can rest assured that we will get it right the first time. When you schedule an appointment, I will be the one communicating with you and conducting the job. Throughout the process, I will provide before and after pictures to demonstrate our progress. We offer upfront pricing, with basic cleaning at $175. This entails attaching a negative air pressure machine to your HVAC system, creating suction through all vents, and closing each grill for maximum pressure. The system is under negative pressure for up to one hour to remove any loose dust. We recommend this service once a year after a deep cleaning.

Our deep cleaning process starts at $399 per system. We attach the negative air pressure machine to your HVAC system, close all grills to maximize pressure, and insert a 35-foot brush into each vent. This brush spins to break down dust and debris while the negative air pressure machine pulls everything out. We also clean all ductwork in the attic, including plenums that run down into the home. We suggest this service every 3 to 5 years.

We also offer additional services, including returns at $60, plenums at $75, sanitation treatments at $100, and dryer vent cleaning at $100-$185.
