MOVE OUT CLEANINGS:
Our Move-Out Cleanings are comprehensive and cover all corners of your home.
-Complete bathroom deep scrub, including rust and calcium removal, inside and outside of the vanities, bathroom walls and baseboards, and lighting fixtures.
-Extensive kitchen scrubbing, including interior and exterior cabinets, degreasing the oven and stove, cleaning the fridge and freezer, and under fridge and stove.
-Wall spot and baseboard cleaning, cobweb removal, and interior window cleaning (extra fees for cleaning blinds may apply)
-Thorough vacuuming and mopping of your entire home.
***Our move-out cleaning service ensures that everything is clean, and you don't have to do anything. It leaves your house ready for the next tenant.
REGULAR CLEANING
**We consider our first appointments as "Deep Cleanings." We evaluate your space to determine the regular cleaning that suits it best.
Regular dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of all the rooms in your home.
Regular kitchen cleaning, including cleaning and mopping countertops.
Regular bathroom cleaning that includes thorough scrubbing down of baths, toilets, sinks, and the entire floor.
If you become a recurring customer of ours, we will make your beds and ensure that everything is always neat and tidy during our appointments.
DEEP CLEANING
Full bathroom deep scrub, including tub and grout, shower door tracks, toilet, sink, thorough floor cleaning, exterior cabinets, wall wipe downs, wherever allowed, bleaching of silicone seals and grout, and removal of rust and calcium buildup where permitted. For some bathrooms, a complete wipe down from ceiling to floor might be required due to mold and other wall residues. Please provide detailed information on your needs.
Kitchen cleaning includes exterior cabinets, cleaning countertops, and thorough floor cleaning. If you want us to move your appliances for cleaning underneath, please inquire for a "Deeper Cleaning." Refer to our profile photos for details.
Room and common area cleaning involves deep dusting, moving of manageable furniture for thorough vacuuming and dusting, interior windows, and mopping. *Blinds incur an added cost, but you can reach out to us to see what we can do.
Wall wipe downs and switch plate cleaning.**We offer complete wall cleaning upon request.

I employed the services of a highly regarded cleaning company to tidy up my residence and they did an outstanding job. They meticulously cleaned every inch of my house by dusting the cabinets, scrubbing the bathroom thoroughly, and sweeping and mopping the floors. I am impressed and plan to rehire them for future cleaning services. Adriana, who assisted me, was very proficient and pleasant. Additionally, their pricing is fair and transparent.

Adriana did an excellent job completing my move out clean to my satisfaction. Despite initially assuming she had a team to assist her, she managed the job solo but with utmost professionalism. Although I thought it would take her all day, she completed it in good time. While I would have preferred if she had help, I learned her teammate does not work weekends, which was understandable given that I had booked weekend service. Our excellent communication throughout the process was invaluable. Next time I schedule for a move out clean, it would be helpful to have a ladder or stool for hard-to-reach areas, especially since some homes may not come with leftover appliances. All said, she is an excellent housecleaner and I would happily recommend her services to anyone. You can also see her work on TikTok.

Although I don't typically write reviews, I feel compelled to express my gratitude towards Milan company for their exceptional cleaning services. With midterms abounding, my home was starting to resemble a battlefield. Initially, my husband and I were hesitant about hiring a cleaner as we had never done so before. However, after a brief search on CrackerJack, we decided to give Milan a chance. The booking process was seamless, and we were able to schedule a deep clean for the following day. The staff's professionalism shone through in their work. They were able to efficiently clean difficult-to-reach areas around the house, making it appear effortless. This was our first experience with Milan, but it certainly won't be our last. Thank you to the entire Milan cleaning team for a job well done!
