I can only express positivity towards the customer support I received as it was exemplary. Upon placing a call, I was able to secure a convenient schedule at an economical cost. Before contacting them, I contacted nearly half a dozen moving companies whose prices appeared reasonable at first but, as time elapsed, they tried tacking on truly outrageous fees, ultimately adding up to an excess of $300. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that their rates are free from sneaky hidden charges. In addition to a prompt arrival, they provided outstanding amenities.

I am extremely satisfied with these gentlemen! They arrived and had all of my furniture moved in just over an hour with exceptional work. The moving process was accomplished swiftly and safely. Thank you wholeheartedly.

Will and Bradley were punctual and efficiently transported several pieces of furniture, including a bed, side tables, and couch, from the first floor to the second floor. They reassembled everything and arranged the rooms accordingly. Additionally, they removed an old foam topper from a bed and disposed of it. Their services surpassed expectations as they completed the job well before the two-hour minimum requirement. Overall, they were courteous and displayed a high degree of professionalism.

The root cause of the issue was poor communication. Upon completion of the move, it was discovered that there was no supervisor present and the movers were lacking experience, resulting in damage to my walls. The repairs required a drywall patch and repaint of two walls. The most aggravating aspect was that the young man on the team remained silent throughout the process. However, they did agree to reduce my bill by $50.

Although the movers arrived almost two hours late, the overall experience was excellent. The friendly and helpful movers were professional and swift, making them great guys!
