I adore this technician. He saved me $8,000.
Numerous technicians previously informed me that I required a pricey standing freezer, with some quoting me $3,000-$4,000 for repairs. Despite paying several people hundreds of dollars, the issue persisted.
As a last resort before purchasing a new freezer at a cost of $8,000, I engaged Starchenko. He successfully removed all ice blockages, identified the fault as being with the sensors and the clocks, and ordered the necessary parts. After returning two days later to install them, my freezer worked as if brand new. This review comes months after installation, with no issues having arisen since. My hope is to continue using it for a few more years, thereby saving me from the expense of a new one during this challenging economy.

The professional was upfront, honest, and equitable regarding the extent of the job and possible expenses related to the repair. Although he tried his hardest, my extremely outdated oven could not be fixed due to the unavailability of its components. Consequently, only a fee for the evaluation was imposed.
