Mr Sanders arrived punctually, displayed excellent manners and carried out the task admirably. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This man arrived at my house unprepared and uninformed about the specifics of my project. Despite my expressed concerns about my property, he proceeded to leave and subsequently called me to inform me that, as a contractor, he needed to carry out multiple tasks, including removing and extracting items, when all that was needed was a simple carpet cleaning. Moreover, as I tried to clarify my requirements, he became defensive, stating that he would only take directions in terms of what he could do with his tools and expertise. This unaccommodating behavior resulted in him hanging up on me twice, indicating a complete lack of professionalism. Therefore, it is my recommendation that you avoid utilizing his services. Despite my desire to support black businesses, his actions reflect poorly on us all, making it more important than ever to seek out more reliable providers.
