Tyler C arrived at our home prior to noon to perform HVAC maintenance. Upon examination of our air-conditioning unit, he quickly identified an issue due to the loud noise it was emitting. Without his prompt attention, we would have been forced to endure sweltering Indiana summer temperatures without AC. In contrast, my elderly mother, who resides nearby, has been without air-conditioning for five weeks due to the inability to obtain necessary parts and units. This has left me deeply concerned for her well-being and grateful that we are not in a similar situation. It is fortunate that we had the foresight to enroll in this company's comfort care plan. Although they performed a satisfactory vent cleaning service the previous day, the company lost a star rating due to the difficulty their employees had in restarting our AC unit, requiring my husband's intervention.
