We thoroughly enjoyed having Valaria as our private chef for the evening. As someone who had never tried this type of dining celebration before, I must say it was truly worth every penny. Valaria was quick to respond to my request and put together a delicious and popular menu for us to choose from. What impressed me most was that she put together this menu even before we had a chance to speak. Valaria showed great professionalism throughout the evening, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I regret not knowing earlier that her passion lies in Mexican cuisine, but that will definitely be the focus of our next menu. Thank you for an unforgettable experience, Valaria!

She supplied all the necessary ingredients and cooked everything from scratch, ensuring everything was fresh. I'm still feeling the effects of a food-induced haze from dinner! Chef Val exceeded my expectations by cooking an incredible, gluten-free, and vegan Italian meal. Not only was she able to follow my menu requests flawlessly, but she also arrived at our Airbnb fully-equipped with all the necessary ingredients and supplies. We didn't have to lift a finger, except to pick up our forks! Chef Val's recipe list included gluten-free eggplant parmesan, vegan lasagna, cashew-based white sauce gluten-free spaghetti, and even some amazing gluten-free lava cakes to round off the meal.
