Giving Crys a rating of only 5 stars is an understatement of her incredible work. She demonstrated exemplary professionalism, diligence, and never once complained. I was ill-prepared with the backdrop when she arrived, yet Crys remained calm and even adjusted the price without agitation. She rapidly set up the backdrop and decorated the entire venue, even finishing before the party commenced. The results were spectacular. Without hesitation, I highly recommend 23FIVE events and their outstanding team, especially Crys. Thank you, once again, Crys - your efforts are greatly appreciated.

Crys and her team were absolutely amazing! Despite my stress over the event, I reached out to CrackerJack just a few weeks in advance. I provided her with pictures of the venue and the color scheme, and she took it from there. Crys was incredibly easy to work with, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring the whole event was seamless. Her punctuality was impeccable, and I was utterly stunned by the quality of her work when I arrived at the event. The balloon wall was a showstopper and immediately caught guests' attention upon entry. Additionally, Crys crafted a beautiful accent table spelling out "Alexis 30th" and featuring a spectacular balloon centerpiece. Finally, she elegantly decorated each table with shimmering gold tablecloths, going above and beyond expectations. What's more, Crys returned to clean up the space promptly at midnight after the event's end. I can't praise her enough, and I would be more than happy to hire her again for future events.
