The installation they performed for us was exceptional and done in only three days. Unfortunately, it was later discovered that the turf had a manufacturer defect. However, they are taking full responsibility and addressing the issue by replacing it for us. I strongly recommend their services for your project.

Throughout the installation, Caleb and August were extremely professional, polite, and considerate. Though there were minor setbacks, their meticulousness and swift responsiveness easily compensated for them. Additionally, collaborating with them was an effortless process. I highly recommend them to anyone, including my own relatives and acquaintances – in fact, I even referred them to my neighbor.

Caleb and August were pleasant to work with and demonstrated excellent knowledge when providing the bid for my 510 SQ yard, which included some drain work. Their estimate for the low-end material was $3500, and the estimated time for completion was two days, which I expected to last three days. They listened to my concerns regarding the potential odor when using artificial turf for my dogs. The team has been working in this field for 6-7 years and exude professionalism and politeness. When the team began the project by examining my existing drainage system, they realized that it was not functioning correctly. This unforeseen issue extended the original two-day project to a week-long endeavor, which involved a ripped-out walkway and both front and back yards. I appreciated their insistence on doing things the right way, but I was unable to get informed options regarding the ongoing work due to the added cost overruns. Additionally, the site was quite messy, which impacted my day-to-day life more than I had anticipated at the project's onset. The positive aspect regarding Caleb and August throughout the project was that they were knowledgeable and sincere gentlemen who were easy to work with, and their work ethic was honest and dependable. However, Caleb's inability to provide an accurate estimate for the additional drainage work led to the project costing $5900 instead of the initial $3500 budget. The project took more time due to this unforeseen issue and was messier than expected, impacting my daily routine. Moreover, Caleb's lackadaisical response when I raised my concerns regarding an odor in the yard was disappointing. The walkway was not adequately fixed and needed further attention from an expert. Additionally, some smaller items, such as displaced rocks, were not appropriately addressed. UPDATE: Caleb made a significant effort to resolve the issues mentioned above. Thank you!

Caleb is truly exceptional! Despite the small scale of my turf project, he was quick and professional in his response. His knowledge of both turf and cement is impressive and he's an all-around great guy. I would not hesitate to employ his services once more. Working with him was a pure delight.

We had Caleb construct a retaining wall that was 50 feet in length on a hill with steep curves. His team and he exhibited great proficiency in the job. The wall was sturdy and they were very cautious during the construction. I strongly recommend their exceptional craftsmanship.
