About
At the moment, I am solely providing Online/Remote training services through my app due to fully-booked schedules, with no in-person sessions available.My expertise lies in assisting men in their 20s and 30s in losing stubborn fat and gaining muscle without the need for long, grueling gym hours or sacrificing their favorite foods (yes, you can still indulge in beer and achieve a leaner physique!).
Moreover, my clients benefit from additional services beyond training sessions, including a comprehensive Nutrition Assessment, Movement Screen, Periodized Training Program, access to our Training app, and a Performance Nutrition Ebook.
Following our assessment session, I develop personalized, progressive long-term training and nutrition plans that help my clients achieve lasting results.
My qualifications include being a certified personal trainer accredited by ACSM, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), holding a BS in Dietetics, being a Registered Dietitian scheduled to graduate Fall 2021, and obtaining an MS in Nutrition & Exercise Science. I have also gained valuable experience through a Division One (UW-Madison) strength and conditioning internship, and have worked as a Personal Trainer for 5 years.
