They were prompt and performed their job with expertise, however, I do not intend to avail their service again. The cost of their service was not made clear to me beforehand. As it turned out, a simple sock was causing the issue in my motor, which only required 15 minutes of work. The service fee felt excessively high. Although I understand that appliance repairs can often be time-consuming and waiting for parts can add to the cost, this was not the case for me. Had I been provided a quote for their base prices beforehand, I may have reconsidered hiring them for the diagnosis.

The communication from OMG Appliance was great, as they texted us to inform us that the technician would be running late for his scheduled service windows. We had to have the technician come to our house twice, once for the initial repair and once to install a part that needed to be ordered. Throughout the process, the technician was professional and responsive to my inquiries. Although he was able to fix the main issue with our dryer, he didn't have a specific part with him that needed to be replaced, so he ordered it and said he would come back to install it at no extra cost. On the first day, he quoted me a total cost for the service and ordered part, which I paid for in full. However, when he returned to install the part, he said we still owed for it. Fortunately, we were able to discuss the issue and come to a resolution. The technician did a good job overall, but I should have requested an invoice detailing the total cost of the service.

After my kitchen renovation, the contractors left me with a malfunctioning dishwasher. Its door acted like a springboard, requiring me to hold it open while in use, and the trays were installed crookedly. I found myself in a desperate situation, needing immediate assistance. Fortunately, OMG responded promptly to my call for help. They were mindful of my scheduling constraints and swiftly dispatched a technician to my home. The technician was courteous, efficient, and thorough in diagnosing and rectifying the issues. I am deeply grateful for their assistance and will undoubtedly rely on them again should any future appliance crises arise.

I have had the pleasure of working with OMG Appliance Repair for the second time. Their team of technicians is highly professional, punctual, and extremely efficient in their work. They ensured that my oven was in perfect condition just in time for Thanksgiving dinner.
