Although we haven't reached an agreement with her yet, it's worth noting that all four individuals responded promptly. However, what set her apart was the personal touch she added by inviting me to meet her and writing a personalized message. It's possible that we won't need staging since we may sell our house to our neighbor's son. However, if we do require staging, I would definitely choose her services due to the well-thought-out and comprehensive package she offered, along with her exceptional customer service skills. In today's service industry, personalized communication is key, and she demonstrated this perfectly.

Merra and her team at The Purple Chandelier were absolutely exceptional! Despite my rental property being on the market for over 100 days and my growing concerns, a neighbor suggested that I have the house staged. He assured me it was worth the investment, which led me to CrackerJack and ultimately to The Purple Chandelier. And let me tell you, my neighbor was absolutely right! Merra put the finishing touches on the property on a Thursday, and the open house was just two days later on Saturday. And wouldn't you know it, by Sunday afternoon I had received a fantastic offer! The sale was completed a mere 28 days later, and I couldn't be more ecstatic with the outcome. I must give credit where credit is due, so thank you so much Merra!!! P.S.
