Hi there! My name is Elise (Young) Schreiner and I am a certified post-op lymphatic and therapeutic therapist. In my past life, I was also a top pro for 5 years on CrackerJack. With 15 years of experience in the massage industry, I provide my clients with a personalized approach and a range of treatment options. I understand that one size does not fit all, and although I offer traditional styles such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release, my area of expertise lies in lymphatics. With Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder's) technique, I use a gentle skin stretch to support the body's lymphatic system, which is the body's natural cleaning tool. This method is suitable for everyone, including oncology patients, autoimmune patients, those who are recovering from an injury, and pre and post-operative individuals. As for my therapeutic work, I prioritize my clients' comfort and prefer not to use painful deep tissue techniques unless necessary. However, when required, I'm not afraid to drop some elbows!
