Punctual as promised, Charlton arrived for the estimate and presented a comprehensive written proposal. After accepting the offer, the work was scheduled without delay. Charlton and his team have recently completed resurfacing of our 32 concrete steps leading up to the front yard, along with repairing the stringers and a concrete block. The results are impressive, and we are thoroughly satisfied with their performance. Once the steps are fully dried, photographs will be added. I strongly recommend Vice 83 Concrete & Construction for their exceptional services!

he owner of the company, Charlton, is an ex-cop and highly skilled in masonry. Upon his arrival, he evaluated the project thoroughly and gave an honest assessment. He provided accurate advice on what aspects were worth improving and suggested better approaches compared to my initial thoughts. I hired Charlton to renovate my deteriorated concrete stairs, repair the masonry and clear my brick garage walls. Additionally, he restored a portion of the brick wall. The stairs were in dire need of repair and Charlton was able to reinvigorate them to look as good as new, which was quite surprising. Charlton effectively managed his team and the project was completed well before others had even provided estimates. The service provided by Charlton was exceptional, and great value for the price. I would definitely consider hiring him again.

When dealing with a contractor, there are usually three factors to take into account: efficiency, quality, and cost. As the saying goes, you can only have two. However, this was the first time I have experienced having all three. Vice 83 promptly arrived at my doorstep a day after my call and within 48 hours, three individuals were on site to cater to my needs. Their service was impeccable and they maintained constant communication, even providing me with a professional quotation. I am completely impressed by their work and highly recommend their services for any concrete requirements you may have.
