Sergey proceeded to lower the system, remove the pet hair-laden filter, clean it thoroughly, and reassemble the machine - which now runs splendidly. To my delight, I was merely billed for the visit, with no extra fees for the repair.

These individuals performed admirably and met all my expectations, with the exception of communication. Instead of receiving regular updates from the technician, I had to initiate follow-up myself. Despite this, I would still highly recommend them and have even enlisted their services to repair our tenant's refrigerator.

The customer service provided was excellent. The technician attempted to diagnose the issue with the dishwasher, but unfortunately was unable to replicate the squealing noise. Therefore, I was advised to record the noise and take pictures, and to contact them once the problem was captured so that they could return and troubleshoot effectively. I will amend my review after the necessary repairs have been made.
