When it came to our furry friends, Johnna was an absolute natural. Not only did she expertly groom our two poodles during her initial visit, but she also managed to wrangle in our larger four-legged companion during her second visit. Throughout the grooming process, she showed immense attentiveness to each of our pets, ensuring that they were all feeling at ease and well-cared for. Needless to say, we were equally impressed with her abilities and grateful for the peace of mind she provided us.

At a skilled nursing facility in Berkeley, my companion dog offers comfort to elderly residents with cognitive impairments. Johnna exceeded my expectations when she proposed a trimming session to entertain some of our residents. The experience was joyful and the residents thoroughly enjoyed it; my dog looked absolutely adorable with her new teddy bear cut.

She arrived punctually (in fact, she arrived a bit early), provided excellent service (which was particularly noteworthy as my dog can be challenging to handle), and offered very reasonable pricing.
