I acquired a pre-assembled exterior door from a store located in SoDo, which I then stained on my own. Since I required help with removing my previous door and frame and mounting the new one, I got in touch with Mark, who was extremely prompt in responding, and we finalized a fee and timeline for the installation. Despite my giving generous measurements while ordering the door, it turned out to be a tad too big for the opening. However, Mark confidently assured me that he could work around it. Having an impeccable sense of detail, Mark's carpentry skills amazed me, and his punctuality and dedication to his work were highly commendable. One side of my door frame has stone, and Mark put in a great deal of effort while cutting the trim for a smooth finish. Additionally, the entrance to my hallway inclines, but Mark was meticulous in modifying the base and trim of the door frame to fit the setting. All in all, it only took a few hours for Mark to remove the old frame, adapt the opening, and install the new pre-hung door along with the hardware and trim. We were thrilled with the outcome of the installation as we admired Mark's craftsmanship.
