In general, their performance was remarkable! They displayed a high level of responsiveness and offered competitive pricing. Additionally, the quotation, invoicing and payment procedures were effortless. However, due to the inadequately lit space, a few areas were overlooked. Nevertheless, they promptly returned the following day to complete the job.

Their responses were extremely timely and professional as a team. We are exceptionally pleased with the work that they have finished.

Although the work is still pending, Karen's promptness and thoroughness leave us with no doubt that she will be highly competent.

Painter1 was an excellent choice for us. Todd, who provided us with a quote, was professional and direct. The painting team completed the job efficiently and tidied up after the project was finished. During the final inspection, we requested some minor touch-ups, which were promptly addressed. Our neighbors have all commented on the transformation of our home and inquired about the company we engaged. We wholeheartedly endorse Painter1 and would recommend their services without hesitation.

Painter1 was the company we chose to paint the exterior of our Utah home. While they were not the cheapest option available, they were not the most expensive either. I appreciated that Painter1 used top-quality Sherwin Williams paint. The estimated completion time for our job was a week, but they were able to finish in around four days. However, I did feel that more time could have been spent on preparation work as our home is eight years old and still had its original paint. Due to the sun exposure in our area, caulk was needed to seal exposed areas; while this was done, it seemed rushed. After the job was complete, a project manager came to inspect it with us, and we found several areas that needed additional caulking and repainting. The painter returned multiple times to address these issues, and ultimately, we are happy with the final result. However, I would advise checking the quality of work before making the final payment, as it would have been more cost-effective and efficient to do the preparation work correctly the first time. As someone who is very particular, I recommend Painter1, but with a close eye on the quality of work.
