On Friday afternoon, I reached out to iMoving to arrange a move on Sunday. Their response was prompt and they quickly scheduled the move. The movers arrived on time and worked efficiently to transport all of our belongings. While they required some guidance during the unpacking process, they were willing to help with anything we asked for, such as removing a television and shelves. My experience with iMoving was nothing short of excellent. As someone in the entertainment industry, I've had to move often and have always dreaded the process. My past move was forced upon me due to a significant rent increase, and it was even more stressful this time around as I had just started a new job and finances were tight. However, iMoving provided a cost-efficient option for my short, but challenging move across the street. I had several heavy items, including books and a piano, that needed to be carried up three flights of stairs. Despite this, my team arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently, paying great attention to detail. They even pointed out any existing damages in my furniture to ensure they weren't held liable. Whenever I turned around, boxes and furniture would already be on the truck, and they were even considerate enough to remove their shoes while moving my belongings onto the carpeted floors of my new place. When I was running low on cash and unable to get a particularly large bookshelf up the stairs, they graciously took it apart and moved the pieces up so that I could reassemble it myself and save time and money. I was able to split the bill between my available cash and Venmo, and everything arrived intact. Despite the stress of moving and an anxious puppy that was barking and crying the entire time, I couldn't be happier with my iMoving experience. Thank you so much!
