After a tiring 7-hour drive, I found myself in dire need of assistance unloading a truck filled with items. Realizing I was too drained to handle the job myself, I quickly booked same-day help. The movers arrived promptly and completed the task in record time. However, I do have one minor complaint - the movers could have been more cautious when navigating tight corners and moving large items to prevent any scuffing on the walls or furniture.

My aim was to compose a review solely on the basis of my experience with the company. Upon contacting them, I was promptly answered within an hour. I had a conversation with Faith on the phone who was extremely courteous and proficient, addressing all my inquiries.

I made a booking with the company one day before my moving date and was impressed with their quick response time. The team moved all my belongings into storage while I attended to personal matters. However, my experience with the company turned sour when I engaged them a second time to move my items out of storage. Faith, her nephew, and brother-in-law arrived late, but she explained that they were coming from Canton. The movers seemed clueless when they unloaded my items from storage, and I had to take charge of the situation and move things on my own. During the move, I noticed that some of my items were scratched or broken, including my tables and one of my couches. To make matters worse, they removed the legs from my furniture when they could have fitted through the door without any problem. I contacted Faith to report the damage, but she was unhelpful and uncaring. She said that they didn't know where the legs were, and when I asked if they could replace them, she flatly refused. Working with this company has been a nightmare, and I strongly advise against booking them for any moving services.

Our previous moving company went out of business without informing us, causing us to panic two days before our scheduled move. Upon attempting to confirm our appointment, we discovered that their phone number was out of service. However, we were extremely fortunate to have stumbled upon this moving company. Despite our last minute request, they were able to accommodate our needs and showed up early to wrap and pack our belongings like true professionals. Not only were they highly efficient and skilled, but they were also incredibly kind and friendly towards us, treating us like friends. Our possessions were handled with the utmost care and arrived at our destination in perfect condition. We cannot recommend them enough and plan on using their services again in the future.
