This behavior is highly unprofessional. They initially claimed they could complete the task, but wasted an entire morning rejecting alternative options and eventually admitted inability to fulfill the task.

We are satisfied with our new locks, although there was a minor issue with the space between the door and storm door. Fortunately, we were able to find a satisfactory solution. Despite the CrackerJack posting accepting checks, they denied ours when we attempted to use one for payment. We were also unable to conduct a thorough background check due to the varying dbas used by different locksmiths.
