Temple for Us

Our soul resides within our body, which can be seen as a sacred temple. Personally, I take great pleasure in working with the body and utilizing a variety of massage techniques to identify and alleviate sources of pain and underlying issues. Additionally, I incorporate a powerful Russian device called Pravilo, which facilitates sacral stretching and can aid in deeper bodily awareness. By utilizing special ropes, I am able to gently stretch the body in various directions and ultimately promote natural spinal alignment.
