Recently, we replaced the roof of one of the buildings in my apartment complex. To complete this project, we hired Larkin to disconnect and reconnect all 12 rooftop mounted air conditioners, knowing that some may be dysfunctional. Unfortunately, rainy weather in the spring caused delays in completing the roof until well into the summer's heat. Due to the weather, we couldn't work on the roof during the day as it would damage the shingles. Luckily, Ryan and Jesse went above and beyond, working tirelessly on two nights to get all the air conditioners up and running. Despite their efforts, we encountered a faulty unit which required replacement. Prepared to pay the cost of replacement, Ryan informed me that the repair was, in fact, covered under the tuneup of the unit I had already paid for. He could have easily replaced the unit, pocketing a couple of thousand dollars more, but instead, he opted for integrity and found a way to fix the unit. I must say, Larkin has demonstrated an unparalleled degree of honesty, workmanship, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them without any reservation for outstanding, high-quality work.

We were in a precarious situation as our house was due to sell and close in two weeks but we found out that the furnace needed replacing. At 9pm, Ryan answered our call after the previous company had unexpectedly shut down our furnace. The following day, Jesse arrived at our home with a brand-new furnace and went the extra mile by installing additional safeguards on the walls and ducts of our storage room.
