One of my rental properties emitted an unpleasant odor, which I assumed was due to an animal's demise in the attic. On calling numerous exterminators, Joshua was the only one who could accommodate my time constraints. My tenants were soon to move in, and I preferred the use of bait to catch them humanely, rather than resorting to poison, glue traps, or snap traps. Joshua was forthcoming about employing the humane method, but needed more time to ensure its success. I opted for my way, and he returned every day to refresh the bait, seal the entry points and eliminate all traces of droppings, including those in the garage and attic, at a reasonable charge. Although only one rat was caught, we later discovered that the odor stemmed from the entry of water in the family room following a recent storm. Joshua, despite his busy schedule, immediately responded to my call and diagnosed the precise source of the smell, affirming that it was not caused by animal remains or droppings. Indeed, he displayed his expertise and eagerness to serve by going out of his way to install smoke detectors when nobody else was around. Joshua was amicable, supportive, and without a doubt, my preferred pest exterminator.

Josh's responsiveness was commendable. He promptly replied to my email and offered to visit us on the following morning, even though it was a Saturday! According to my husband, Josh displayed a remarkable passion towards his work. This was evident as we had already engaged three pest control companies previously, but none of them were able to provide a satisfactory result. I strongly recommend Josh for his excellent work.

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and comprehensive in treating all areas including the outside of the house. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price.
