Although I've experienced numerous difficulties (mostly negative) during my time working with Belong, recently things have taken a turn for the better. It's clear that when their only job is to collect rent and transfer it to my account, there are no problems. However, I'm still hesitant about their responsiveness when issues arise. Ideally, the HOA property management company should not contact me directly because they cannot reach Belong or don't know who to contact due to my frequent shuffling around between personnel without warning. Continuity is crucial, and I am still waiting to see improvements in that area.
