Last Saturday, Marcos arrived to evaluate the water line problem. He and one of his colleagues, both on time, came over and professionally repaired the line. They also cleaned up afterwards as a follow-up. Marcos successfully addressed the issue and guided me through the process. When I called, Kelly provided helpful assistance. Marcos was prompt with the estimate and quite amiable. The team was responsible for securing permits and overseeing inspections. The work was completed as agreed upon. Although the crew consisted mostly of young hardworking and sociable individuals, I deducted a star due to having to repair some sprinklers. Credit must be given to Brady, the crew boss, who demonstrated expertise in his role and managed the team proficiently.

During our home inspection for a 1902 Craftsman in the Emerson-Garfield neighborhood, Marcus scoped the sewer and gave us necessary contact information for future work. We called and spoke to Kelly about repairing our sagging living room ceiling, who presented us with scheduling options. Phil quickly provided a quote, which surprised us given how busy the industry is. Though we expected a wait of a few weeks after closing, Phil assured us they would start as close to our possession date as possible. Fortunately, we had almost two months before we needed to move out of our current place. They started the day after we got the keys, just two days after closing. Crew members Mike, Jason, Jeff, Chuck, and Tiffany completed the project on time and on budget. They were hard-working, trustworthy, and respectful. The ceiling looks great, and the work done to the rafters and joists will extend the life of our home. We highly recommend Columbia General Contracting and will call them first for any future work we may need.
