I possess a hospitality degree and am a devoted cook. During my time in college, I enrolled in both culinary and baking classes, and later prepared meals for families before becoming a bartender in New York City. My blog about food became increasingly popular, and I now have my own business providing daily meal prep for busy clients, catering events, and offering wine and food pairing dinner options. Additionally, I work for a leading hospitality group. As a culinary volunteer, I often help out at festivals such as the NYC Wine and Food Festival and Napa Valley festival. Although I specialize in Eastern European cuisine, I also enjoy preparing dishes from a variety of countries, with my favorite being Mid-Eastern food. My qualifications include a NYS Food Handler’s License, SafeServ certification, and TIPS certification for bartending. Working with Radka was an exceptional experience. Her expertise in menu curation for my Easter/Birthday brunch buffet was phenomenal. Each dish was scrumptious. I hired her for an additional few hours, and she ensured that the platters were replenished while I was able to revel in my day. Not only that, she diligently organized the leftovers, rendering a palatable breakfast the following day. In conclusion, I was highly impressed with Radka's serene and genial temperament, her culinary prowess, and her solicitous work ethic.

Radka was absolutely exceptional! We cannot express enough how impressed we were with her. She catered a 60th birthday party for 20 people and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. The food she prepared was amongst the best we have ever tasted and she demonstrated exceptional culinary skills. On top of all this, Radka provided fantastic wine pairings to complement the meal.
