Debonair Events

For New Year's Eve, I decided to order catering to avoid the hassle of setting up and cleaning up afterwards. However, I was disappointed with the outcome. Despite informing the salesperson that we only eat chicken and fish, the catering included salamis and banger skewers of pork and beef. Also, we did not receive the curry chicken dish that we had ordered and the 4 salmon filets provided for 9 people were not enough. The potatoes gratin was hard and poorly cooked, and the dishes arrived cold with no set up despite paying extra for it. It would have been better for me to just order take-out and avoid the expensive catering that turned out to be a let-down. As a matter of fact, I had to supplement the catering with Thai food, which was the primary meal that everyone ate. It was not the experience I had paid so much for, and to make matters worse, Rachel has not responded to any of my texts since then.

Our wedding on April 10th, 2021 was catered by Debonair, and if given the opportunity, I would give them more than 5 stars. They were prompt, courteous, proficient, genial, hygienic, and in essence, exceptional from the moment we contacted them till the conclusion of our event. The entire team ensured that our momentous day was palatable and hassle-free. The cuisine was adored by everyone. We are grateful for everything; thank you so much!

An outdoor crowd was treated to a splendid birthday dinner, thanks to Rachel and her team's excellent catering skills. Initially, I had approached her solely for serving staff assistance, but her impressive work compelled us to entrust Debonair with the entire event. Rachel managed rentals, menu selection, timing, and more, resulting in a flawless party. The savory cuisine, delightful decorations, and exceptional amenities were well-received by every guest.

My family recently had an event catered by Debonair, and being a first-timer, I was unsure of what to expect. However, Debonair was very accommodating, promptly responding to all of my queries and assisting with menu planning. On the day of the event, she arrived on schedule and set up the food display. The food was scrumptious, and the presentation was quite inviting. All in all, Debonair provided exceptional service, and the cost was reasonable. I would confidently engage her services again and enormously recommend her.

Debonair Events exceeded our expectations for our event. The catering menu featured delectable options that have been the talk of the town! From entrees to desserts, everything was simply amazing. Without any doubt, I'll be working with them again and would recommend them to my loved ones. They deserve a perfect score of 5 stars.
