AboutHello, I'm El-Ad Cohen, a Certified Personal Trainer accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine. I have extensive experience in physical therapy, having completed 1000 hours of clinical training at the University of Haifa in Israel, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Currently, I work as an exercise physiologist at a physical therapy outpatient orthopedic clinic in Colorado and am pursuing a Transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
My diverse background includes being a martial artist, dancer, and former soldier in the IDF. I take a minimalist fitness approach, creating personalized training plans that don't require gym access or lots of time and equipment. I've worked with clients ranging from athletes to recent rehabilitation patients, and everyone in between.
I am fully vaccinated and have received a booster against COVID-19.

For Health Coaching, I take a holistic approach that considers all facets of your health behavior, including exercise, diet, mental hygiene, and stress reduction. By understanding the complete picture, we can create a roadmap to help you take charge of your health.
As a practitioner of mindfulness and meditation for 10 years, I can help beginners or those needing guidance in their current practice.
Growing up bilingual in Hebrew and English, I have worked as an academic editor and translator. I can also provide language lessons.
As a Hip-Hop dancer, I have experience teaching improvisation and technique to individuals or groups. My combination of dance, martial arts, and physical therapy backgrounds complement each other.
If you're interested in learning Self-Defense or Martial Arts, I have competed in various styles and have coached striking and close-quarters techniques for individuals or small groups. Whether your goal is self-defense or achieving a strong and capable body, I'm here to support you.

For roughly two months, I've been regularly meeting with him and have noticed a considerable amount of progress.
