Mike, the owner of the company, personally contacted me to discuss the job request, showing great politeness and cooperation by working around my schedule and thoroughly discussing the project's scope. Mike confirmed the appointment through text and email and even arrived early to conduct an assessment of the work required. He and his friendly and professional crew began the job punctually. After we met and familiarized ourselves, we walked around my large house to assess the window cleaning task. Throughout their methodical and thorough cleaning process, they were considerate, quiet, and clean. They were gentle and understanding with my miniature Schnauzer. Soon enough, the windows were shining bright, creating a magnificent view and letting the sunshine in. They efficiently moved and replaced furniture around the windows they needed to access and restored everything precisely as it was. I feel like I live in a new home! I highly recommend Mike and his team of experts. They are exceptional, and I plan to regularly engage their services for various household maintenance projects such as window cleaning, power washing, and paint touch-ups.
