Wes is not known for his promptness in answering his phone, which may be due to the fact that he often takes on more work than he can handle alone. During his tenure as our accountant, Wes overlooked processing our payroll during the second week, and currently, he has similarly overlooked a week while distributing our W-2s. Overall, our experience with Wes has been disappointing, and we regret having expended so much time and effort.
