About
Steven Radeck is a multi-talented individual with experience as a music teacher, composer, and conductor. His extensive knowledge of classical, popular, and ragtime music has led him to perform in various concerts throughout the United States and abroad. He has worked with students of all levels, including those who are unable to read music.His academic background includes a BA in Music from Dartmouth College and an MA from SUNY at Buffalo.
Professor Steve offers a journey back in time to the Ragtime era. From the Gay 90's to the Roaring 20's, he presents a delightful mix of classic tunes ranging from hits such as “Maple Leaf Rag” and “The Entertainer” to lesser-known gems like “When Ragtime Rosy Ragged the Rosary”. His lively performances are sure to leave audiences on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean tapping their feet.

Steve is doing an excellent job teaching my four-year-old and six-year-old piano. He has a compassionate temperament and is patient with the kids. They admire and heed him, and he helps them advance each week. Steve is unfailingly prompt and adheres to our in-home instructions.
