My passion for health and fitness has been with me as long as I can recall. I find the journey of enhancing my own wellbeing through movement deeply fulfilling and captivating. My aspiration is to help others feel great in their skin, and build strength and confidence by leveraging movement. I'm convinced that anyone can experience the benefits of physical activity when equipped with the right knowledge and resources. Applying my seven-plus years of experience in the field, coupled with my educational background and certifications, I offer corrective exercise protocols and tailored strength and conditioning programming that enhance movement patterns and help achieve desired outcomes. I embrace a curious and adventurous spirit, which lends a vibrant energy to my coaching sessions. Working with Sean has been an absolute pleasure. Unlike my past trainer who provided me with generic plans that always involved equipment that I had informed them I couldn't use, Sean has created workout routines customized to my individual goals, including injury prevention, mobility, and cardio. Additionally, he frequently follows up with me to ensure that I'm comfortable with the exercises. My health goals were derailed by COVID like many others, but in February 2021, I decided to pursue personal training to get back on track. I connected with Coach Sean and my first session with him set a great foundation for what I could expect moving forward. He assessed my fitness level and understood what I wanted to achieve through personal training. Though personal training initially intimidated me, Coach Sean's professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to share that knowledge made me feel comfortable. Coach Sean is data-driven and uses my progress to program my training while ensuring I don't injure myself. He is particular about form and balances different aspects of my training. I always leave my sessions feeling accomplished. Coach Sean also explains the science behind movements in simple terms, making it easy for me to understand.
