Nicholas's response time to my message was beyond expectation. I had just texted him on CrackerJack and put away my phone for a moment when he rang me back. Within an hour, he and his son arrived to inspect my AC unit. They were able to quickly and reasonably fix the issue, without the need to order any parts. During my struggles to install a Nest thermostat, I reached out to Nicholas. After sending him pictures of my equipment, including the furnace, he informed me that my system was not the most compatible with Google Nest. Instead, he suggested that I switch to an Ecobee 3, which is a better match for my heat pump. As a result, I returned the Nest and availed myself of a $50 energy rebate when I bought the Ecobee 3, which was a welcome surprise. I initially contacted Nicholas on a Sunday morning, and he was able to assist me on Tuesday afternoon. Within a half-hour, he got everything up and running smoothly.
