Upon our request, Steve promptly arrived to evaluate the mold problem in the air handler of our A/C, and then returned in a timely manner to carry out the necessary remediation. We were impressed by the immaculate quality of his work. The only hiccup we encountered was a delay in receiving the before and after photos of the cleaned areas due to some computer glitches, but Steve eventually sent them to us.

Steve was brought on to clean mold from a large basement, but it was later discovered that mold had also spread to the attic. Given that my son, daughter-in-law, and two dogs were living in the house, I was wary about using toxic chemicals to treat the mold. Fortunately, we found Steve, who uses a non-toxic treatment method. Steve proved to be an excellent partner throughout the process. He was friendly and highly knowledgeable about mold and mold remediation. Despite several opportunities, he never tried to take advantage of us by suggesting unnecessary work. Whenever we asked him about certain aspects of the job, he was always forthcoming with detailed explanations and advice against anything that wasn't needed. What's more, Steve was punctual, efficient, and thorough, going above and beyond to ensure that the job was completed satisfactorily. After a walkthrough at the end of the job, I was amazed at the difference. Follow-up testing confirmed that the mold was completely gone. Even when I pointed out a few spots of dust that weren't related to mold, Steve promptly took care of them. Steve was also instrumental in coordinating with other businesses necessary to complete the job, such as arranging for the replacement of the attic insulation, cleaning of the ducts, and hauling away contaminated trash. All of these tasks were taken care of with no issues. Having to go through such a traumatic experience as mold remediation can be distressing, but having someone trustworthy and helpful like Steve made it much more manageable. I appreciate that he answered all of my questions and concerns quickly and never seemed bothered by my incessant emails and texts. In sum, Steve did an exceptional job, and I'm immensely grateful for his help in getting us through this ordeal. Thanks, Steve!

After conducting a water damage inspection, Green Clean failed to follow up with me and provide the report despite my attempts to reach them. Their unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. UPDATE: Although Green Clean finally contacted me, I have already found a different vendor to work with.

The team effectively eliminated the mold in a timely manner. Their assistance was invaluable, as they utilized chemicals that did not pose a threat to our pets. They also advised us on how to properly clean any items within the house that may contain mold spores. In addition, they offered recommendations for preventing future mold and dampness in our basement. Overall, an extremely useful company.
