With classical training in Florence, Italy in 2019 and a decade of cooking experience under my belt, my aim is to create amazing dishes that will impress you and enhance any occasion. I specialize in a warm, Mediterranean style of cooking, with a particular emphasis on seafood, fresh pastas, risottos, and pizzas that are reminiscent of southern Italy. Quality is of utmost importance to me and I use only the freshest organic ingredients in all my cooking. If you so desire, pairings with wines are also encouraged.
