I had already committed to purchasing and installing windows, and had informed the company that I was going to buy their product. I had arranged for Ed to visit on a Sunday, even though I had already chosen the company I intended to use. Despite this, Ed spent a few hours at my residence, demonstrating the internal structure of Cdw's windows and sharing many details on their product. Based on their quality and the time Ed spent with us, we decided to purchase six of their windows and cancelled our previous order within the given three-day window.
