As a specialist in reducing pain and stress, I utilize a specific methodology rooted in the yoga system to address physical, mental, and emotional components. The healing process is multifaceted, and yoga provides effective practices for the body, mind, and life to establish coherence in all aspects of the individual for optimal wellness. Over the past decade, I have aided clients with various concerns, including back pain (herniations, pinched nerves, bulging discs, stenosis, degenerative disc disease, arthritis, etc.), hip/knee/shoulder/neck issues, anxiety/stress management, autoimmune disorders, and meditation for racing thoughts and brain relaxation. Moreover, I strive to improve concentration and cognition, support mental clarity and creativity, and enhance sleep quality. I am passionate about teaching yoga because it has saved me from both physical and emotional pain!

Paola accomplished what two orthopedic surgeons failed to do. Despite undergoing two back surgeries, I was still suffering from severe and persistent back pain. However, my attempt at a small yoga class led me to seek Paola's guidance, and I engaged in a personalized session with her. Through observation and inquiry, Paola identified an imbalance in the lengths of my legs that required evaluation. I now wear shoes with a slight lift, and my back pain has virtually disappeared. Paola is dedicated to helping her clients tirelessly!

I've had an incredible experience working with Paola! Over the past year, I've been doing weekly, personalized mindful yoga sessions with her one-on-one. I struggle with various health issues and specific areas of my body that require attention, and I've been impressed with Paola's understanding of physiology and ability to identify and address my needs. During our sessions, Paola is attentive and observant, allowing her to dive deeper into the root causes of my pain. She's even been able to recognize that my foot pain stems from weak glut muscles! Paola customizes each session to target the areas of my body that need it most, resulting in significant improvements in my mobility and pain levels. However, what's surprised me the most is how much her emphasis on mindfulness has positively impacted my overall health. By teaching me how to listen deeply to my body, I've not only improved my yoga practice but have improved my sleep and minimized physical symptoms of stress. Paola expertly merges the practices of yoga and mindfulness, making it a truly transformative experience. I'm forever grateful for the opportunity to work with her every week!
