Our aim is to assist the busiest professionals in reducing stress levels. By doing so, your overall wellness will be improved, and you will be able to concentrate on your aspirations.Our sessions include validated methods such as meditation, yoga, lifecoaching, and breathwork to inspire you on your journey towards wellbeing. Each session will focus on themes that are relevant to your individual needs. You will leave our sessions feeling revitalized, rejuvenated and in control.
Our philosophy is centered on trauma-informed teaching and compassion. We believe that yoga is more than just a physical exercise. We will work together to develop sustainable ways to relieve stress and create happiness in your life.

I am extremely satisfied with the guidance Al-Nisa provided me with. Although I regularly practiced yoga for its physical benefits including strength and flexibility, it wasn’t until I experienced a severe bout of depression and anxiety during the Covid pandemic that I realized the need for a more focused and intentional practice to alleviate my distress. Al-Nisa was instrumental in bridging the gaps in my practice by teaching me how to connect with my breath, thereby imbuing yoga with a deeply therapeutic essence that went beyond mere stretching exercises. Additionally, Al-Nisa proved to be a very kind and accommodating instructor who helped me navigate my anxieties with ease and imparted a much-needed social aspect to my isolated life during the pandemic.
