The first point of contact was impressively swift in his response time and was quick to address the issue at hand. Upon dropping off the device, he provided me with a diagnosis and an estimated timeframe for when the work would be completed. Despite a slight delay in the estimated timeline, he maintained responsive communication and kept me informed throughout the process. Although losing my memory and data was a worst-case scenario, he was able to successfully restore the device to its original functionality.

My Kyocera office printer was a mystery to him. It seemed unlikely that he possessed expertise in dismantling it. Although he might be worthwhile for minor tasks, he was certainly unfit to handle an office-caliber printer. He promised to deliver information from the manufacturer but never followed up with me. In summation, I wasted $120.
