We ordered a remote inspection of an Arizona property from Minnesota. Though we were aware of the house's age, the report revealed more than we anticipated. Despite the unaccommodating realtor, the inspection was completed and we received the report in a timely manner, allowing us to cancel the purchase and save us a lot of time, money, and frustration.
