In general, my experience with Diggs was satisfactory. Their rates were reasonable, and they were relatively prompt in their responses. More importantly, the drivers they employed were exceptional, which was crucial for our long-distance relocation.
However, I reduced my rating by one star because, following my agreement with Diggs, I discovered that the property we were relocating to necessitated a $1 million insurance policy. Unfortunately, Diggs did not possess this requirement and was unwilling or unable to obtain it within the time frame specified. As a result, we had to enlist the help of alternative local movers to complete the rest of the move for us.
