I would like to express my gratitude to OSI for their prompt response and for sending a technician to assist us. Dealing with her was a pleasant experience. She empathized with our predicament and dispatched David, the technician who conveniently lives just five minutes away from our residence. Our heating system has been infested with rats and contacting Healthy Ducts via phone was our only resort. We are hoping for an immediate resolution to this predicament as we await their arrival. An update on the outcome of the work will be provided in my review.

The job was satisfactory in general. The inspection was punctual and they provided a clear explanation of the required work along with a reasonable quote. However, I had to spend more time than anticipated to prepare for the actual duct replacement, and I had to reschedule once. Nonetheless, the ducts have been functioning fairly well since the replacement.

We needed a quick response, same-day service after discovering rats in our ducts. As a result, we embarked on a search for an air duct company to clean our system. Healthy Duct Cleaning arrived at our doorstep at precisely 2:15 pm yesterday and proceeded to clean all our ducts and furnace systems, leaving us thoroughly satisfied with the experience. Initially, there was an issue with a mouse passing away in one of the ducts. Healthy Duct Cleaning's David and Ryan were the first to respond and provided six estimates with different solutions to the problem. Ultimately, Healthy Duct Cleaning offered a solution that was most closely related to the issue at hand. The cost was difficult to compare since each contractor had varying approaches, such as duct cleaning, rodent proofing, duct replacement, attic insulation replacement, and furnace replacement. Ultimately, I needed to rodent proof the house, sanitize and clean the ducts, and either clean or replace the old furnace that had not been maintained in the nine years I had lived there. The contractors had differing opinions on where the mice entered the house, and some were not interested in solving the problem I had. In the end, I replaced the furnace, had the ducts cleaned, and decided to handle the rodent proofing myself. David and Ryan were knowledgeable and upfront, and it was a pleasure working with them. They installed the new furnace, and I ordered the filter David recommended. The duct cleaning was postponed and done later in the week without any incident, with the mouse smell gone, and the furnace quieter and more efficient. Overall, I highly recommend Healthy Duct Cleaning for future furnace-related maintenance.

My experience with Healthy Duct Services (HDS) was fantastic. Unlike other companies that charged for estimates and had lengthy lead times, HDS provided a free estimate the next day. I needed all the HVAC ducts in the crawlspace replaced, which required removal of asbestos insulation. HDS took complete charge of the situation by arranging for asbestos removal, installing the ducts, scheduling a HERS test, obtaining necessary permits, and even cleaning the furnace blower unit. The workmanship was top-notch and completed quickly before winter. Along with excellent communication, the staff was courteous throughout the process. I highly recommend HDS for all HVAC services and will undoubtedly seek their services again if needed.
