Upon requesting an estimate for roof repair and replacement for my insurance claim, the Castro family promptly responded. I found Pete Castro to be a reliable individual. Though I did receive an estimate for repairs, I unfortunately never obtained an estimate for the roof replacement that was required for submission to my insurance company. While I understand that contractors can become preoccupied, I had no choice but to seek services from another roofing company.
