As a certified Master Trainer (NPTI) and a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist and Nutrition Specialist with 17 years of experience in the industry, I specialize in fat loss plans, strength and conditioning programs, personal training, and total body transformations. My expertise lies in teaching technique and foundational movement patterns.

To begin, I discuss the goals and specific needs of all potential clients before conducting a movement screening to identify any muscular imbalances and current fitness levels. Based on the results, I create a personalized plan or program for each client.

What sets me apart is my excellent communication skills, empathetic approach, attention to detail, and focus on proper form and technique. I specialize in customized dynamic warm-ups to correct mobility or flexibility issues for all strength and conditioning clients. My programs are tailored to each individual client, using creative progression to keep the training fresh, challenging, and effective.

For nutrition planning, I ensure adherence and satisfaction by focusing on healthy foods, while also making room for snacks, splurge meals, eating out, and incorporating favorite foods.

I am available to train clients at their homes or apartment gyms, rent space at various gyms in the greater Milwaukee area, and conduct meetings and consultations in the community. I am also available for remote coaching online.

At the age of 55, I made the decision to transform my body and achieve the best physical shape of my life.
