Although I'm new to CrackerJack, I am not to photography. I've been engaged in photography since 1978, taking headshots, creating high school senior portfolios, capturing family moments, and sometimes shooting weddings.

Four albums containing precious black and white pictures were digitally transformed by Michael. These albums are cherished family heirlooms. Michael went the extra mile by not only scanning the pages but also meticulously cropping and enhancing each picture. Along with the scanned pages, I received both the original images and the edited versions. Michael was quick to respond to my requests and provided excellent service. I am thoroughly satisfied with the outcome and would definitely utilize his expertise in the future.

I needed to have some photographs taken and was searching for something reasonably priced. Michael promptly responded and was able to arrange an appointment for me on the same day. He and his wife were extremely cooperative and even provided recommendations for locations. I strongly suggest them.

Working with Michael was an enjoyable experience for me. He exhibited patience and was very accommodating throughout the process. Furthermore, he promptly sent back the final edits. Despite encountering foggy and low light weather conditions, the post processed pictures looked fantastic. He also made the experience less challenging by providing blankets and sweatshirts to cope with the inclement weather.
