The hiring process for him is still ongoing and under discussion by the Board of Directors. Since there have been no other applicants, it's likely that he will be hired.
Since Ahmad was hired, our satisfaction has increased. We are pleased to have hired him due to his amiable personality, proficiency, and dedication. He is productive, compared to our previous management firms that were primarily interested in collecting their payment.
Ahmad is attentive and well-liked by our residents, which is a rarity since they tend to complain a lot. He was able to bring all the tenants, who were behind on their monthly payments for several months, up-to-date in the first two months of his employment. Furthermore, nobody is behind on their payments anymore, which is amazing.
Currently, we are getting quotations for our fence and gate replacements, and Ahmad is taking care of all the details, working hard to ensure we have all the information we need to make a final decision with no concerns.
All of our monthly payments are made on schedule, which is a first for us. Complaints are resolved quickly, and Ahmad either mails or delivers our easy-to-read monthly statements. I could go on, but he is a brilliant hire and worth a try. I confidently recommend him.
