Northeast Chimney and Roofing

My previous review was based on a misunderstanding, which was caused by an undisclosed medical situation on the contractor's part. Unfortunately, I am unable to delete or edit that review on CrackerJack. Therefore, I am writing this review to rectify my previous mistake. The contractor acted promptly and efficiently in remedying the issues as soon as communication was re-established.

Within days of our request for a quote, they promptly provided us with an estimate. Communication was seamless with no complications whatsoever. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. Their work on the roof was exceptional, and we would definitely avail their services again.

After conducting some initial roof repairs, a larger leak occurred due to another issue. However, the team went out of their way to return multiple times to pinpoint and solve the problem. Additionally, they repaired the ceiling where the leak had caused damage. I highly recommend their services.

The roofing business's most amiable fellows are fairly priced and have done an outstanding job on my roof. With their assistance on many occasions, I wholeheartedly endorse their services!
