I contacted him at short notice for a leak fix, and to my amazement, he took care of it immediately since there were incoming thunderstorms. During the leak repair, he discovered an unexpected issue. When he took out the damaged shingles to repair the leakage over the bathroom, he found an old vent that was previously covered and not installed by the previous roofers!! Eric quickly took the initiative to fix it at no additional cost!! I was extremely grateful and more than pleased with his service. After receiving an outrageous estimate of $14,000 for window replacement from another contractor, I contacted Eric to provide an estimate. Upon inspection, he discovered that my windows were not the cause of the issue - rather, improper ductwork installation was the culprit. The majority of my flex lines were not secured to the plenum box, resulting in gaps where air was escaping. Furthermore, mold and fungus had accumulated due to insufficient tape and incorrect installation. Eric quickly identified that my supply and return lines were not fully attached or taped, and that there was a significant amount of mold within the return line, which was causing it to suck in dirt and mold. Fortunately, Eric was able to fix all of these problems - repairing my windows, replacing my return line, removing the mold, and fixing all of my faulty ductwork. He was efficient, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of home repair. I am beyond grateful for his hard work and expertise, and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of repairs or home improvements. He truly can do it all, and my house is finally at the temperature I want it to be, thanks to his fantastic work at a much more reasonable price.
